Sunday, June 8, 5:00pm - 8:00pm

ADMISSION: $50/person ($40 if purchased prior to May 15th). PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR ADMISSION BY NOON, FRIDAY JUNE 6.

You could win 3 days, 4 nights, including breakfast at the ARIZONA BILTMORE RESORT & SPA ($1800 value).

Raffle tickets @ $10 each are available online, as well as at the AART fundraising event at the Mingei Museum on June 8. Click on the GET TICKETS button to purchase your Raffle Tickets as well as Admission to the fundraising event. Winner will be announced at that event. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN!



You may also mail-in your payment by check or money order payable to AART, postmarked no later than Wednesday, June 4. Be sure to include the number of admissions requested, your phone number and e-mail address. Mail to AART, PO BOX 81796, San Diego, CA 92138-1796.

SILENT AUCTION: AART requests your assistance in soliciting donations for the Silent Auction. Please e-mail events@asianamericanrep.org to advise of the item, a brief description, and its estimated value. We will get back to you to arrange for your delivery. We will be accepting items up until noon Friday, June 6, but please try to get them in as soon as possible.

RAFFLE: Will begin online prior to the event and run through noon, Friday June 6. You will also be able to purchase Raffle Tickets at the event. Future notices will keep you apprised of items to be raffled.

VOLUNTEERS: are still needed to assist with Ticket Booth, Silent Auction and Food Services. Please e-mail volunteers@asianamericanrep.org.

* Exclusive acting courses with Professor & Director Peter James Cirino at SDSU, Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 - 12:15 at Drama Bldg 4B. Exceptionally open to auditors.

* AART is thrilled to have been selected by the University of San Diego to be the subject of a semester-long Financial Feasibility Study in 2007. The study is now complete. Thank you, USD!
